As our cases are made to order products. We do not offer refunds if you order the wrong size of your phone case. Please check and confirm you have selected the correct phone model and design before purchasing.

After purchasing your case there will be a few days processing time depending on the stock levels of your phone model. If we are out of stock at the time of your order, we will let you know that there may be a few extra days waiting for your case while we replenish stock. We send our items via Royal Mail 1st class shipping, meaning it can take 1-2 days to receive your item after it is sent.
